The Old City Power Plant – Elektro Ljubljana in 2026 is introducing a new pilot management model under the leadership of the Bunker Institute, which brings a rich program with four partners. The program is structured into autonomous two-month cycles (Maska, Bunker, Emanat, City of Women, Nomad Dance Academy Slovenia), which include contemporary theater, dance, research processes and education.
Programming period 2026:
January–February: Maska (research processes, thematic cycle on accessibility).
March–April: Bunker & Beton Ltd. (performance theatre, Direction B).
May–June: Emanat (research laboratories, hybrid formats).
Summer: Workshops and the Mladi levi festival.
September–October: City of Women (curated by Pia Brezavšček and Jasmina Založnik).
November–December: Nomad Dance Academy Slovenia (productions and CoFestival).
