The Objective Drama Project Theater was founded in January 2000 by
Tatjane Pajović, actress, after more than 15 years of professional work in the Contemporary Theater and long-term cooperation with the "Specchi e Memorie" Theater from Milan.
He bases his practice on the tradition of contemporary anthropological and experimental theater teachers.
Until 2005, it functioned as part of the Association of Independent Theaters (ANET), when it was officially registered as a citizens' association. The group was formed, expanded and legally established as a result of the project "Game against violence" from which the young participants in the program decided and oriented themselves towards professional work in the theater. Through workshops, seminars, constant work people were trained, and in addition to professionalization in the theatrical sense, they developed the skills of educators and trainers in several areas: Drama in education, Theater of the oppressed, drama workshops.
POD Theater is based on process work with an emphasis on the relationship between the role of man and artist. It develops a specific methodology for children, young people and adults, regardless of whether they are professional artists or not.
The basis of all areas of work are: observation, research, experiment, communication, action.
