Ksenija Đurović is a cultural worker from Belgrade. She worked with Stanica Servis for contemporary dance in the period 2010-2018. where she coordinated educational projects, residencies, programs for children, for critical writing about dance and the Kondenz Festival. She worked with a number of local artists such as Dragana Bulut, Ana Dubljević, Igor Koruga, Marko Milić, Jovana Rakić, as well as collectives. In the same period, she was active in Magacin, an independent cultural center in Belgrade, and collaborated with Theory that Walks on Bojan Đorđev's performances and REZ, Marta Popivoda's experimental film festival. With Mirjana Dragosavljević, she co-founded the association BRINA (2018-2020) and co-authored several articles on the position of producers on the independent scene of Belgrade (with Dragana Jovović) and efforts aimed at decentralizing the festival On its Own Drive, a fluid format for presenting works of smaller production volumes. Ksenija is currently the executive director of the Bitef festival, one of the oldest theater festivals in the post-Yugoslav region, where in the period 2023-2025. curated the program with Tijana Grumić and Nikita Milivojević. |
