The “Lets...” group is a non-governmental organization that began operating in the spring of 1999.

It was started by (then) young experts in the field of applied psychology who wanted to use their professional knowledge to respond to phenomena in society.

The programs that the organization has implemented so far fall into the domain of psychological support, personal development, empowerment, development of artistic practice, activism, etc., which have been implemented mainly through non-formal educational activities. The target groups with which the organization has worked the most are: educators, primary school children, young people, youth workers, local governments, members of sensitive groups (Roma, people with refugee experience, people with disabilities, people with mental health challenges, LGBT population, veterans of the 1991-1999 war, young people from rural areas).

Since 2011, the organization has been implementing the Festival of Socially Engaged Theater "Off Frame", which was specifically dedicated to vulnerable groups. Otherwise, the "Hajde da..." Group has its own theater and film production. It has received several awards for its work - the Council of Europe and the European Commission award for one episode of the animated series "Waaa injustice!" within the "Enough!" campaign, the International Festival of Alternative and New Theater in Novi Sad for the inclusive play "Reset", the Tagore Film Festival award in India for the short inclusive film "Pogled"...

Since 2005, the organization has had the role of Contact Point for European Union programs dealing with youth. It performed this function for 11 years, after which the Tempus Foundation took over the work of the National Agency for these programs.

The "Let's..." group has published several manuals for work in the context of non-formal education ("A Primer on Tolerance", "Without Dropouts", "Body Frame", "Peace, Cooperation, Non-Violence", "Non-Formal Education in Europe - A Step Towards the Recognition of Local Non-Formal Education in Serbia and Montenegro"), publications supporting activism ("GPS for Youth Activism Office", "V is a Council for Youth Activism" and "V is for Youth Activism Office"). publication for the development of non-formal educational practices ("KOMPAS - manual for youth education for human rights", "T-Kits - Training basics" T-Kits - Intercultural learning").

The founders were: Darko Marković, Danijela Jović, Dragana Lalić, Emina Kopić, Jelena Jovanović, Kristina Radev, Marko Pejović, Sanja Marković, Stanislava Vučković.

Later, the organization had in its composition, in addition to psychologists and artists, social workers, managers: Boris Čakširan, Jelena Ranković, Jelena Stojiljković, Jovana Rakić, Majda Ponjavić, Marija Marjanović, Maja Ven, Srđan Mitrović.

The organization now has an operational office consisting of Suzana Krstić, Milica Ponjavić, Marko Pejović and a large number of associates for various areas of its activities.

The organization is a member of the National the Association of Youth Work Practitioners (NAPOR), as well as the Association of Independent Cultural Scene of Serbia (NKSS).
