Mirjana Dragosavljević is an art historian and curator; she graduated from the Department of Art History at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. She publishes in various art magazines, online portals, and publications. She worked as a professional associate at the Graphic Collective Gallery, Belgrade (2008–2010). She was a member of the curatorial collective Kontekst kolektiv (2010–2013) and the Working Group Four Faces of Omarska (2010–2016).
She curated the exhibitions “Art is Important, but Art is Not Enough.”, Center for Contemporary Arts Celje, Slovenia (2016); “Silence Here is Deafness”, Belgrade Cultural Center, Belgrade, Serbia (2019); “Silence Here is Deafness”, Pogon Jedinstvo & 60 90 Platform for Contemporary Art, Zagreb, Croatia; “Imagine” by Maja Hodošček, Gallery of the Belgrade Youth Center, Serbia (2020); “Where Does the Future Begin?” ULUS Spring Exhibition, Cvijeta Zuzorić Pavilion, Belgrade, Serbia (2020); and “If the Day Had Been Longer”, Art55 Gallery, Niš, Serbia (2020).
Together with other members of Stanica Service for Contemporary Dance, she has co-curated the Kondenz Festival of Contemporary Dance and Performance since 2016. Together with Milutin Dapčević, Dušica Dražić, Selena Orb, Vladimir Pejković, Katarina Popović, Tanja Šljivar, and Igor Vasiljev, she was part of the authorial team of the Serbian national exhibition titled Stage Works presented at the Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space 2019 (curators: Maja Mirković, Siniša Ilić, and Bojan Đorđev).
She has been a member of the editorial board of the Mašina portal since 2014 and a member of the Stanica Service for Contemporary Dance collective since 2016. She holds the status of an independent art historian through the ULUPUDS Association. She is a member of the Independent Journalists’ Association of Serbia (NUNS) and of the International Association of Art Critics, Serbia (AICA).
